Devised for an elect residential community in the Obhur district, north of Jeddah, Villa Blanca rests on a land plot of high accessibility from Madinah Road & King Abdul Aziz road, within an area now considered to be a novel extension of the city and the turf of several influential projects.
Due to the sheer size of the plot, the project has been divided into four rows of housing units. The adjacent streets access the peripheral tier of dwellings, while an internal road has been envisioned to disserve the inner rows, offering a softer, more integrated approach, providing the community with a certain sense of privacy.
The remaining space will be divided in a symmetric layout, except for a mosque in one of the corners of the plot. The distribution will be in 15 Individual Villas, 24 Attached Villas, and 7 Corner Villas (the 8th corner will house the Mosque).
The inspiration for the villas comes for the search of simple, clean, pure but also recognizable bright shapes. They generate the feeling of exclusiveness within the modern context, balanced with a clear functionality of the plans layouts. In both the residences and the street around it, the establishment of high-end lifestyle for its residents will be more than granted
